Yes! First grade can read in the dark! They had a blast reading with flashlights for a special reading time.

First grade has been gathering information about our first president, George Washington. They then wrote their own sentences about him! Finally, they shared their stories with their class. They were all so proud to share their hard work!

1st grade created their own "green eggs" for a creative writing experience to celebrate Dr. Seuss Week! Who said eggs were for breakfast... theirs were for dessert!
